These Terms of Service govern your use of siamollc.com and the purchase of products sold by Siamo LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell digital educational products (downloadable guides, plans and toolkits). Product descriptions, contents and prices are shown on each product page. We may update product contents to improve them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once at checkout; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless clearly stated before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Shopify Payments). We never store your full card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally as described in our Delivery Policy.

Refunds

Every product includes a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

License

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own projects, including building items you may sell. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or publish the files or substantial parts of them. All content is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright law.

Educational content and no guarantee of results

Our products are for educational purposes. Your results depend on your skills, tools, materials, effort and market conditions. Any references to selling items or earning income are examples, not promises; we do not guarantee any income or specific result.

Safety

Woodworking, power tools, epoxy resin and finishing products involve risks. Always read and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions, use appropriate protective equipment and work in a ventilated area. You are responsible for how you carry out any project.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
