Delivery Policy

Summary: all our products are digital. Nothing is shipped. You receive download access by email immediately after payment.

Digital delivery

Right after your payment is approved, you receive an order confirmation email with links to download your files (PDF). Delivery is usually instant and always within 1 hour. You can also access the files from the order confirmation page shown after checkout.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping costs, shipping times or customs fees. Products are available worldwide.

Access

Access to your files does not expire. We recommend downloading and saving them to your device. If you lose them, email us and we will send them again at no cost.

If you don't receive your email

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you still don't see it after 1 hour, contact support@siamollc.com with your order number and we will deliver the files manually within 1 business day.

Upsells and add-ons

Any optional add-on you choose after checkout is also a digital product, charged once, and delivered the same way.
