Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Siamo LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including any data received through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@siamollc.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the email address you used with us (for example at checkout) and, if it applies, your Facebook or Instagram name.
3. We confirm receipt within 7 days and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as tax and accounting records).
4. We email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Data from Meta platforms

Our tool connected to the Meta Marketing API only reads data about our own ads and ad accounts and does not store personal information of Facebook or Instagram users. If you believe we hold any data about you received from Meta, the request above covers it.
